At EBY, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
